Replacing Mechanical Components
Replacing the Motor
To remove the Rollers and assemble it back again of the Bread Moulder, the following need to be done:
Dismantling
- Switch off the Bread Moulders and unplug the Moulder and ensure there is no power.
- Using a 4 mm allen/hex key, remove the 4 6 mm button head screws of the left side cover by turning them anti-clockwise.
- Loosen the 2 M10 screws of the idler using a 16-17 mm spanner by turning it anti clockwise. Keep it to a side.
- On loosening the above, the belt will loosen up. Remove the belt and keep it to a side.
- Using a a 4 mm allen key, loosen the 8 mm grub screws by turning them anti-clockwise to remove the the timer pulley.
- Keep the pulley to a side.
- Remove the 4 M10 bolts, using a 16-17 mm spanner of the roller that needs to be changed by turning them anti-clockwise.
- Keep the screws and the assembly to a side.
- The handle and the roller can be removed by lifting the roller up.
- Keep the roller to a side.
Assembly
- Put the new roller in place of the one that was removed.
- Put back the 4 M10 bolts removed in point 7 and tighten them fully using a 16-17 mm spanner. Turn them clockwise to tighten them.
- Put the pulley removed in point 6 back in the same place.
- Put back the timer pulley removed in point 4 and put back the 8 mm screws. Tighten the screws fully by rotating them clockwise using a 4 mm allen key.
- Put back the idler removed in point 3 and tighten the 2 M10 screws by rotating them clockwise.
- Put the cover back on and tighten the 4 6mm screws clockwise using a 4 mm allen key.
- Plug the Moulder back into the socket and switch it on.
Replacing the Timer Belt
To replace the Timer belt of the Bread Moulder, the following need to be done:
- Switch off the Bread Moulders and unplug the Moulder and ensure there is no power.
- Using a 4 mm allen/hex key, remove the 4 6 mm button head screws of the left side cover by turning them anti-clockwise.
- Loosen the 2 M10 screws of the idler using a 16-17 mm spanner by turning it anti-clockwise. Keep it to a side.
- On loosening the above, the belt will loosen up. Remove the belt and keep it to a side.
- Replace it with the new belt.
- Put back the idler removed in point 3 and tighten the 2 M10 screws by rotating them clockwise.
- Put the cover back on and tighten the 4 6mm screws using a 4 mm allen key by rotating them clockwise.
- Plug the Moulder back into the socket and switch it on.
Replacing Electrical Components
Replacing the MPCB
To change the MPCB, the following need to be done:
- Switch off the Long Moulder and unplug the machine and ensure there is no power.
- Open the control panel on the side by removing the lock.
- Locate the MPCB that is not working or which has tripped.
- Remove the RYB Cables from the MPCB both from the input and output size by using a tester and rotating the screw in the MPCB where the wires are inserted into the MPCB Please note the location of the cables.
- Replace the MPCB with the corresponding MPCB in the same location.
- The LM-2800 has 1 with a specification 2.5A - 4A.
- Once the MPCB is removed, put the new one in place of that.
- Put back the input and output wires which were removed in point 4 using a tester. Please ensure the wires are matching the same colour coding.
- Close the electrical panel cover and lock the same.
- Plug the Moulder back into the socket and switch it on.
Replacing the Contactor
To change the contactor, the following need to be done:
- Switch off the Moulder and unplug the machine and ensure there is no power.
- Open the control panel on the side by removing the lock.
- Locate the contactor that has tripped.
- Untrip the contactor that has tripped by pushing on the green switch.
- If it continues tripping, the contactor needs to be changed.
- Remove the RYB Cables from the contactor both from the input and output size by using a tester and rotating the screw in the contactor where the wires are inserted into the contactor Please note the location of the cables.
- Using a tester remove the screws of the contactor and keep the contactor aside.
- Replace the conactor with the corresponding contactor in the same location.

- <li value="10"“Once the contactor is removed, put the new one in place of that.
- Put back the input and output wires which were removed in point 4 using a tester. Please ensure the wires are matching the same colour coding.
- Close the electrical panel cover and lock the same.
- Plug the Moulder back into the socket and switch it on.
Replacing the Starter in Long Moulder LM-1500 Only
- Switch off the Take of Conveyor T-Con and unplug the T-Con. Ensure there is no power.
- Remove the RYB Cables from the starter both from the input and output size by using a tester and rotating the screw in the starter where the wires are inserted into the starter. Please note the location of the cables.
- Remove the screws holding the starter and remove the starter. Keep it aside.
- Put the new starter in place of the old one and tighten the screws.
- The T-CON uses the starter of 1.6A-2.5A which has a functionality of on an off.
- Put back the input and output wires which were removed in point 2 using a tester. Please ensure the wires are matching the same colour coding.
- Plug the Take of Conveyor T-Con back into the socket and switch it on.
Replacing the Emergency Switch
To change the switch, the following need to be done:
- Switch off the Long Moulder and unplug the machine and ensure there is no power.
- Open the control panel on the side by removing the lock.
- Remove the connections for the Emergency switch using a tester. Please note the connections.
- Unscrew the switch by loosening the 2 screws on the switch using a tester and remove the emergency switch from the panel by turning it anti-clockwise.# Put the new emergency switch in place of this and rotate it clockwise to ensure it's tight.
- The ratings for the emergency switch are 10A 415V with a dia of 22mm.
- Connect the new connections in the same colour coding and place it as removed from.
- Close the electrical panel cover and lock the same.
- Plug the Long Moulder back into the socket and switch it on.
Replacing the Start Stop Switch
To change the Start Stop switch, the following need to be done:
- Switch off the Long Moulder and unplug the machine and ensure there is no power.
- Open the control panel on the side by removing the lock.
- Remove the connections for the start stop switch using a tester. Please note the connections.
- Unscrew the switch by loosening the 2 screws on the switch using a tester and remove the start stop switch from the panel by turning it anti-clockwise.
- Put the new emergency switch in place of this and rotate it clockwise to ensure it's tight.
- The ratings for the start stop switch are 10A 415V with a dia of 22mm.
- Connect the new connections in the same colour coding and place it as removed from.
- Close the electrical panel cover and lock the same.
- Plug the Long Moulder back into the socket and switch it on.
