Manual Dough Sheeter that we manufacture is highly competent and is mainly used for kneading and pressing soft or hard textured dough. This dough can be used for making dumpling wrappers, puffs, kharis and a wide range of products that require kneading and sheeting.  

This manual sheeter is extensively used in hotels, pasta processing units and bakeries. It can handle 10 kgs of dough at a time and has hard chrome polished cylinders that prevent sticking. Flour reservoir is provided above rollers.

Roller gap is adjustable to give desired thickness varying from 1mm to 40mm. Stainless steel protective guard on the sides of rollers makes it safe. It’s easy to maintain and lasts long. We offer packaging in wooden cases suitable for exporting.

Replacing the Belts

Dismantling

  1. Switch off the Manual Sheeter CS-DSM and unplug the machine and ensure there is no power.
  2. Remove handle as shown in Point 1.1
  3. Remove the guide teeth as well as mentioned in Point 1.1
  4. Locate the chuck nuts on the sides of the cover.
  5. Loosen and remove them using a nose plier.
  6. Locate the chain and dismantle it from the gear. Keep it to a side.
  7. Using a 3mm allen key, remove the 6mm grub screw by rotating it anti-clockwise. Keep it aside.
  8. The sprocket can then be removed.
  9. Using a 4mm allen key, remove the M6 countersink bolt by rotating it anit-clockwise. Keep it aside.
  10. Next to the roller locate the 6mm button head screw.
  11. Using a 4mm allen key, remove the same by rotating it anti-clockwise. Keep it aside.
  12. Using a 10-11 mm spanner, remove the M6 hexagonal bolt holding the plate by rotating it anti-clockwise and keep it aside.
  13. Remove the scrapper by using slight force to the attached spring. Keep this aside.
  14. Using a mallet, remove the belt roller from the side of the pulley. This will remove the belt.
  15. Using a 16-17 mm spanner, remove the M10 bolts holding the support of the belt by rotating it anti-clockwise.
  16. The tray can be dismantled and kept aside.
  17. The belt can be removed and the new belt in the same position.

Assembly

  1. Put back the tray removed in point 16.
  2. Using a 16-17 mm spanner, put back the M10 bolts that were holding the support (As mentioned in point 16 above) of the belt by rotating them clockwise.
  3. Put back the belt roller in place by inserting in the side of the pulley.
  4. Put back the scrapper and attach it to the spring.
  5. Put back the M6 hexagonal bolts which were removed in point 13, and tighten them using a 10-11 mm spanner.
  6. Put back the nylon bush which was removed in point 12.
  7. Put back the button screw, which was removed in point 10 and using a 4 mm allen key tighten the same by rotating it clockwise.
  8. Put back the M6 countersink bolt which was removed in point 9 and using a 4mm allen key, tighten the same by rotating it clockwise.
  9. Put back the sprocket which was removed in point 8.
  10. Put back the 6mm grub screw removed in point 7 and using a 3mm allen key, tighten it by rotating it clockwise.
  11. Assembly the chain back into the gear.
  12. Put back the cover and the chuck nuts holding the cover.
  13. Ensure the handle and ensure the teeth match as mentioned above.
  14. Plug the Manual Sheeter CS-DSM back into the socket and switch it on.

Replacing the Roller

  1. Switch off the Manual Sheeter CS-DSM and unplug the machine and ensure there is no power.
  2. Using a 24 mm spanner, remove the both the M16 bolts, located at the sides of the belt near the roller holding the belt.
  3. Using an M6 allen key, loosen and remove the M8 allen bolts holding the roller in place on both the sides of the roller.
  4. Remove the roller and place it on the side.
  5. Put the new roller in place of the roller which was removed.
  6. Put back the M8 allen bolts on the side of the roller and tighten them with them M6 allen key.
  7. Tighten the M16 bolts which were loosened in point 2 using an 24 mm spanner until the belt is tight.
  8. The new roller should be firm and the Manual Sheeter CS-DSM is ready to use.
  9. Plug the Manual Sheeter CS-DSM back into the socket and switch it on.

Adjusting the Handle for Thickness of Dough

  1. Switch off the Manual Sheeter CS-DSM and unplug the machine and ensure there is no power.
  2. Using a 5 mm allen key, loosen and remove the M6 allen bolts by turning them anit-clockwise. There are a total of 10 allen bolts.
  3. To adjust the handle locate the M6 allen bolt on the handle and using a 5mm allen key, loosen it by turning it anti-clockwise.
  4. Match the handle lever with the teeth of the handle lever and the teeth of the guide.
  5. Once it's matched using the 5mm allen key tighten the M6 allen bolt clockwise.
  6. Using a 5 mm allen key, put back and tighten the M6 bolts removed in point 1 by rotating them clockwise.
  7. The handle should be perfectly synchronised now.
  8. Plug the Manual Sheeter CS-DSM back into the socket and switch it on.

To replace the Spring in the Handle

  1. Switch off the Manual Sheeter CS-DSM and unplug the machine and ensure there is no power.
  2. Using the above procedure, remove the handle.
  3. Using an 2.5mm allen key, loosen the 4mm grub screw.
  4. Locate the spring attached to the grub screw and the other end to the lever profile.
  5. Tighten the grub screw by rotating it clockwise by using the 2.5 mm allen key.
  6. The spring should be tightened now.
  7. Plug the Manual Sheeter CS-DSM back into the socket and switch it on.
