Schneider PLC Display Panel HMISUC Series

1. Switch off the equipment and unplug the machine and ensure there is no power.
2. Open the control panel door.
3. Open the control panel door which is the left door of the oven by unlocking the door and pulling it back
4. Locate the star screws holding the display panel and open the cover by rotating the them anticlockwise.
5. Keep the cover aside.
6. Remove the 3 connectors, connected to the display panel by pulling it up gently.
7. Above the display panel you will notice a button "Press to Open" . Press it down to pen the Panel. The panel will come out.
8. Keep it aside gently.
9. Unscrew the Display Panel by turning the screw by hand anti clockwise.
10. Keep the screw safely.
11. Pull the Display Panel out from the front of the oven.
12. Put the new Display Panel in place of this.
13. Put the screw back which was removed in Point 9 and turn it clockwise. Turn it gently by hand to tightness. Do not over tighten it.
14. Put the Display Panel that was removed in Point 7 back. A click noise would be heard to ensure it's locked in place.
15. Connect the connectors which were removed in Point 6 back to the original places.
16. Put the over back that was removed in Point 3 and tighten the screws by rotating them clockwise.
17. Close the door and lock the door by tightening the key.
18. Switch the oven back on.
